I have chronic radicopathy and am looking for pain treatment options.

I have 25 year old lumbar and VP shunts. Pain specialists will not consider steroid injections,acupuncture or implantable devices. Are there neuro specialists who are familiar with shunt risks and are willing to discuss possible courses of sciatic pain treatment for me? I have already tried PT, chiropractic care, Neurontin, Lyrica, Tramadol, analgesic patches and anti-depressants.
