In 2007 I fell down stairs and dislocated right shoulder. When in ER nurse helping me get shirt back on and shoulder dislocated again. It was replaced again and 2 weeks later was sent for MRI. The MRI report was:a tear of the anterior inferior labrum with some stripping of the inferior glenohumeral and a Hill-Sachs deformity. I was told that I needed surgery at this point. However, I was left in a sling for over 2 months and the shoulder froze in place. after months of phyical therapy and a cortizone shoot I regained complete use of my arm and shoulder. Now 3 years later the arm dislocated again while I was sleeping.
